DO NOT OVER TRADE THIS WEEK.

This was a super slow day. and as we get closer to the long weekend they will get slower. Slow markets lead to a lot of false breakouts. Dont go into the long weekend mad you did too much.

Recharge and do the boring work. Review your plan and build ideas for new plans to test. This is not the time to do. its the time to think
